PeckPilot publishes statistical models, not certainties. Nothing in the app is financial advice or a guarantee of a result. Bet only what you can afford to lose, and only where betting is legal for you.
PeckPilot provides statistical sports models through a mobile app and this website. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms.
You must be 18 or older and in a jurisdiction where sports betting is lawful for you. You are responsible for knowing the rules where you live.
Simulated probabilities, market comparisons, edge figures and a results ledger. The picks are model output. We do not take bets, hold funds or place wagers on your behalf.
Past model performance does not predict future results. Published figures are illustrative and may be revised as data providers correct their feeds.
Keep your login details secure and use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute our picks or data.
Pro is a recurring subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play. It renews until cancelled; manage or cancel it in your store account. Refunds follow the store's policy.
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. Features may change, and fixtures or markets may be unavailable when a data provider fails.
The PeckPilot name, logo, app, and model outputs are ours. You get a personal, revocable licence to use the app, nothing more.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for betting losses or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
If betting stops being fun, take a break or seek help from a support service in your country. You can delete your account at any time.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app before they apply. Questions go to legal@peckpilot.com.
