Get the app

This policy explains what PeckPilot collects when you use the app or this site, why we collect it, and the control you have over it. Placeholder copy for review — have your counsel confirm the final wording before launch.
Account details you give us (email, display name), the sports and leagues you follow, the picks you track, and basic device and usage data such as app version, crash reports and screen views.
To show you the right fixtures and alerts, to settle the picks in your ledger, to keep the app stable, and to measure which features are actually used.
Kickoff and edge alerts are opt-in. You can turn each alert type off in the app, or revoke notification permission in your device settings at any time.
We use privacy-respecting analytics and crash tooling. These process pseudonymous identifiers and device information; they are not used to build advertising profiles.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that run the service for us (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, payment for Pro subscriptions) under contract, and where the law requires it.
Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. We receive the subscription status, never your card details.
Account and ledger data is kept while your account is open. Delete your account in the app and we remove it, apart from records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Contact us and we will act within 30 days.
PeckPilot is for adults only. The app is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes materially we will tell you in the app before the new version takes effect.
Write to privacy@peckpilot.com and we will respond within 30 days.
